Mammograms will be offered free of charge (no insurance necessary). 
 Requirements: - Age 40+ - 
No mammogram in the last 365 days - 
Must have script (if you do NOT have a primary care provider or do NOT have insurance, we can provide a script for you) 
 Pre-registration is required   Deadline Wednesday April 3 2pm
